Welcome to Ev-ye Designs & Interior. By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Quotations
All quotations are valid for the period stated on the quotation. Prices may change due to material availability or market conditions.
2. Orders, Payments, Site Visits & Delivery
● A 70% deposit is required to confirm all orders and begin production or procurement.
● The remaining 30% balance must be paid before or immediately after installation, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
● Orders will only be processed once the required deposit has been received.
● Custom-made curtains, blinds, and other made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
● Any changes requested after an order has been confirmed may result in additional charges.
● Site visits for measurements and consultations are charged separately. The applicable fee will be communicated before the visit.
● Delivery charges are not included in the quotation and will be calculated based on the delivery location.
● Installation charges, where applicable, will be clearly indicated in the quotation or invoice.
3. Measurements
We recommend professional site measurements to ensure accuracy. Ev-ye Designs & Interior is not responsible for incorrect measurements provided by the client.
4. Installation
Installation dates are scheduled based on availability and may change due to unforeseen circumstances. Clients will be informed of any changes in advance.
5. Custom-Made Products
Custom curtains, blinds, and other made-to-order items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they have a manufacturing defect or were incorrectly supplied.
6. Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted only for eligible non-custom items in their original condition. Refunds are processed according to our return policy.
7. Product Variations
Actual fabric colors and textures may vary slightly due to lighting, photography, or screen settings.
8. Client Responsibilities
Clients should ensure the installation area is accessible and free from obstructions before our team arrives.
9. Warranty
Where applicable, warranties cover manufacturing defects only and do not include damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
10. Privacy
Any personal information shared with us is used solely to provide our services and communicate with you. We respect your privacy and do not sell your personal information.
